Ready Stock items will be shipped the next working day after your order has been confirmed.

Backorder

Items marked backorder will be shipped within three (3) to four (4) weeks after your order has been made.*

Please note that if your order consists of a combination of Ready Stock and Backorder items, your order will not be shipped until your Backorder item has arrived.

If you require your clothes to be altered, please note that alterations take between one (1) to three (3) days.

In the event that you need it done urgently, kindly let us know and we will do our best to have it altered within one (1) day.
